Prior to launching Forthline Partners, Craig was a partner and investor at Round13 Capital, a Toronto-based growth capital firm. Craig sat on the board of nearly a dozen portfolio companies, and worked with them to help grow their businesses through corporate strategy, sales and marketing planning, and financial oversight. He has led investments in software, hardware, services, e-commerce and manufacturing companies. Prior to Round13, Craig was the co-founder and CEO of Fitzii, an online recruiting company that uses a predictive algorithm to match candidates to employers (sold to the Ian Martin Group). Craig was a strategy consultant with Deloitte, and previously co-founded and led Ethos, the sustainability practice of JWT – the world’s fourth-biggest ad agency.

Born and raised in Scarborough, ON, Craig now lives in Toronto with his wife and two teenage children. He has been a hockey coach for the past 10 years and continues to play himself (albeit at a slower pace than he used to). Craig has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto.
